I would probably not be the best person to answer your questions in a neutral manner, given I am personally involved to some extent in the events that occurred. I'll try and give a couple of the basic facts, though, @Uan-aa-Boa --
Over the past few months, there have been many arguments in TSP's legislature which almost everyone would agree veered into the unacceptable (out of character personal attacks and so on). Notable individuals involved were, on one side, Tim and Escade, and on the other, Glen-Rhodes and Roavin, among others. Several high-profile members of TSP, over the course of these months, left the region or went on long leaves-of-absence, citing the arguments and attacks from Tim and/or Escade specifically as the reasons. These included two former delegates, the Minister of Regional Affairs, and most recently, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Other members said that they had RL-emotional breakdowns over the situations. Tim and Escade said that Glen-Rhodes was trying to attack them out-of-character, attempting to break apart their friendship. They were also still upset over a motion of no confidence of themselves as ministers, which Roavin had written earlier in the year, and which they saw as a tactical move to push them out. The arguments and attacks continued, with multiple warnings, until eventually the administration team decided the only course of action was to ban Tim and Escade for eight months. Some gameplayers have voiced their concerns that the admin team did not provide direct evidence in the post of the ban. Others, especially TSP's historic enemies, see this as "another victory for Glen-Rhodes".
TL;DR: Some influential TSPers are throwing all their toys out the pram.
