I’m going to have to come back to my rule breaking days just to say that you have quite the long storied history doing things lol.
I haven’t done nearly as much. I joined NS around early 2020 because I heard of it from a YouTube video that mentioned it as some sort of political test like the political compass. Definitely wasn’t that, but I was still interested in kinda running a nation so I joined. Ended up going to The Internationale where I lived a completely silent life collecting cards for a few months until I CTEd. During that time I had brought a few IRL friends to the game, I don’t remember what I said to them to bring them in but they joined mostly as a joke I think. A few years later in April 2022 one of the friends I brought to the game was like “Hey you remember Nationstates?” and that inspired me to come back to the game with my friends again. I was looking for a region that I figured we would all more or less fit in with, so I couldn’t go back to a leftist region like The Internationale, TLA, or TCB like I may have done otherwise since they aren’t all leftists, and in looking I found Forest and figured that was a pretty chill and interesting community that we could all enjoy. Come to today and we all still live in Forest and now I live a less silent life still collecting cards.
