I'm starting this thread for WA news and discussion that isn't discussion of a particular proposal. It's not just for me, anybody is encouraged to contribute.
First up, Wallenburg has gone ahead and submitted the first attempt at replacing the recently repealed Freedom of Expression. I guess they think they need to get in early with multiple drafts in progress. It might have had some potential in time but it's very far from ready. Wallenburg is hard to work with in drafting. They write in ambiguous and grammatically dodgy sentences and make testy comments about reading comprehension if you ask for clarification.
I'd said that I thought United Massechusets attempt dead in water but it's back and the second draft looks like it's getting somewhere.
