Caracasus I was told that was part of the Foreign Ministers job, but I guess I never said that to Ruinenlust. It doesn't really matter who does it, if one person did it would save the duplicated effort and hit regions that don't have an active ambassador too.
If anyone wants to use mine from TNP they're very welcome, though it would need a little editing to make it right for a different region.
For the gold standard version check out the TNP one that just got posted on their thread here. Mine were never like that.
I've suggested to Ruinenlust he get himself on here. He was always reluctant to use offsite stuff.

It's still a little too young to qualify but I noticed a region called Conifer the other day which we may want to establish embassies with in the future.
WFE seems right up our alley. RMB is active but as they appararently use their discord a lot there's not a lot to it.

EDIT: I hadn't even noticed someone had made a brief visit to our region a few hours ago.

Mozworld I noticed them a while back as well, joined their discord. The region seems exactly in our vein, though yet to grow enough. It was founded by Lilindir (anyone remember them? I think they ran for FK at one point, joined and left quite a bit), who was in Forest a while ago.

I'm wondering if once Cypher's poll is over whether we could invite them to partake? A gesture of goodwill in the interests of laying the foundations for closer relations?

They aren't 6 months old, but according to the constitution we can send an embassy request to them with FK approval and a 2/3 vote in favour.

Well given the feedback I think we should adopt a "why rush?" policy. I hope they're still around come september when we can follow the channels and start proceedings to construct an embassy.

Yggdrasil determines WA delegate votes using polls on their off-site forum that hardly anyone uses. I am voting in them and posting links to Forest's discussions about them.

Turbeaux I know what you mean. Literally 10 people have posted in the thread that decides how to cast TNP'S > 1200 delegate votes, which does make you wonder.
