Sunsets are always beautiful! It was at a newly unveiled garden in Singapore, after perhaps years of development and cultivation. The tree didn’t have a lot of leaves, or at least the leaves are small enough. As a result, this shot! The buildings might be blocking a little, but it gives birth to this shot. ^^

Location: Botanic Garden, Singapore.

Another try at HDR yet again. I walked up to it for a rest, and when I came back down, it looks… beautiful! The whole of Botanic Garden is magical in a way. You actually have the garden surrounded by commotion and noise from the outside area, i.e. the urban area. But when you go in, there’s little to none of those noise. The trees did a great job blocking the noise, and Singapore, as a whole, has a good reputation with blocking that noise and giving us the tranquillity. Oh yes, about the picture… it’s not a home as the title says, but a resting area. It is pretty nice to rest at, and gives a slightly elevated view of the immediate area. Without all the other elements, it reminds me of… my home.

Location: Botanic Garden, Singapore.

I took this shot before I made my way back home. The sun was slightly setting in and it happened to be behind this shady tree! And it provides the decent amount of shade, not unlike other trees that either blocks too much or too little. This one is perfect; the sun is perfectly at the back, and the skies are still not overexposed. And neither was the tree underexposed too much.
