The World Assembly:
Bemoaning the long history of countless mass infiltration operations of thousands of innocent nations systematically carried out by the secretive intelligence agencies of Baggieland, and seeking to bring international attention to Baggieland's heinous history to set it as an example that no member state should follow;
Observing Baggieland’s launching of Mission #820: These Heels Weren’t Made For Working, in which Baggielandian agents coerced employers into requiring female employees to wear high-heeled shoes specifically designed to cause arthritis, before posing as employees subject of such arthritis to encourage nations to prosecute employers victim of Baggielandian coercion in an attempt to ruin national economies;
Informed of Baggieland’s subsequent launching of Mission #831: Give Us A Break, Leader, where Baggielandian agents ran heavily biassed polls to paint national leaders as the best of their nations and then used these polls to manipulate national leaders into either distributing propaganda promoting themselves or banning public holidays;
Nauseated by the thousands of massacres of innocent soldiers following kangaroo trials for supposed ‘military desertion’ systematically carried out by Baggielandian agents, and shocked that Baggieland’s agents then posed as military generals to use these massacres to encourage national leaders to permit military generals to carry out such atrocities, which was only another operation for Baggieland to add to the resumes of its intelligence agents; Mission #1431: Just Deserts for Desertion;
Greatly annoyed by Baggielandian agents’ impersonation of the nieces of national leaders in order to harass their Secretaries of State over excessive use of a certain punctuation mark and encourage national leaders to drop formality in public communication by governments, an operation known as Mission #1447: Yet Another Issue About Periods;
Disgusted that Baggieland has extended its malice to destroying the environments of other nations, best shown through Mission #1473: Sandbagging, where Baggielandian agents mined foreign seabeds to a deliberately environmentally destructive extent to coerce governments into allowing Baggielandian agents to destroy deserts with their funding;
Lamenting Baggieland’s aid to other nations in engaging in their own mass infiltration operations, advising intelligence agencies on what methods are the most effective in manipulating national leaders, how to effectively impersonate innocent individuals, the reporting of the success of missions, and much more;
Concerned by Baggieland’s attempts to cover up for its heinous acts by painting itself as a ‘prolific’ sporting nation while still being unable to actually act with goodwill;
Beating numerous innocent nations attempting merely to get involved in international sporting to revel in its ‘victories’ in numerous competitions, like winning the 32nd Rugby Union World Cup (RUWC) and the Hamilton International competition of the Season 7 Tennis Tour (S7TT), and coming runner-up in the 30th RUWC, two Aussie Rules World Cups (ARWC), and two more S7TT competitions; and
Creating means of doing so by hosting international sporting events, like the Three Degrees tournament of S7TT, as well as the ARWC (which Baggieland helped establish with Sylestone and hosted three times), only to purposefully permit piracy by the rogue submarine [HMS Onslaught](https://www.nationstates.net/nation=HMS Onslaught) that may or may not be targetted towards foreign sports players;
Therefore, understanding that, while action by this Assembly may not cease the heinous activities of Baggieland's intelligence agencies, it may rid Baggieland of the helpful and benevolent image it attempts to maintain, and ensure that no member state attempts to emulate the dark legacy of this nation ever again;
Hereby condemns Baggieland.
